Delivery & Returns
Delivery of stock items will be 1 working day. Please allow 2-5 working days for non-stock items (delivery dates for made to order garments may be confirmed at time of ordering).
Northern Ireland & Channel Irelands/ Isle of Man, Highland & Islands of Scotland deliveries may take 3-4 working days.
Garments that are personalised (Embroidered or Transfer printed) may take longer. Allow 1-3 days from artwork approval.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150.00 (excluding VAT), UK Mainland only.

How to Return your Order
1. Call us on 0161 872 1292 or email email@example.com with your order number referenced and a brief description as to why you are returning your items.
2. Return the items to us with a note inside stating your contact details and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
3. Once we receive the returned items we will refund you the same working day.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. We recommend returning goods with a signed delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost during transit.
Products that are non-returnable
We cannot accept embroidered or printed garments or provide refunds unless the products are faulty.
If any garment or product is ordered that is not required we will be happy to refund their value provided that they are returned to us unused within 30 days of receipt of the garment / product. A written notice of return and contact details must accompany the goods with a brief explanation for their return. A handling fee will be charged from the refund or credit as follows. A 20% re-stocking charge applies to all returned goods unless faulty or in error. If your returns are beyond 15 days you need to contact us for an agreement to return items. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition.
